Is it safe to take tylenol a week after antibiotics...?

I had bronchitis at Christmas and was started on Azithromycin for 7 days.. one week ago today I finished the Azithromycin & today I've had a headache. .I was wondering if it would be okay to take Adult Liquid Tylenol?
