Is this Fair or not fair?

Have your parents talk to the administration about this. If you're a good kid with a clean record and decent grades they may let this slide; however, if you're not so well in school you may just have to suck it up and deal with it. Also, if you were not hurting a student, then there shouldn't be a punishment of a week' worth of detention! That is CRAZY! For all the person knows you could have been singing a song in your head and then decided to say "That's what she said" aloud. If anything the person who gave you detention is perverted for stooping down to a kids level of talk.. Juss sayin!
