Where can I find a romantic weekend away in a rustic/gothic hotel in England with open fire bedrooms?

I'm looking for romantic weekend away with my husband but can't seem to find an atmospheric gothic/ rustic hotel or cottages with log fire bedrooms and candle lit hall ways etc. approximately 200 pounds for the weekend. all help is welcome! thanks
