We have no way to tell, IQ testing wasn't invented until 1912 and didn't become widespread until the 1960s, so it didn't exist when Hitler grew up and after he was in power no one would have brought the matter up. Horrific as they were Hitler's accomplishments showed an ability far above the ordinary which prompted Winston Churchill to describe him as "...that maniac of such ferocious genius", but an actual I.Q., no.
