Ive cut my foot badly and I need help?

I was having an argument with my mum when she chucked a knife at me... luckily it landed at my foot but now i have a huge cut on my foot and it wont stop bleeding... i didn't think it was bad at first but i wanted to make my mum feel bad... so i put fake blood everywhere, but then it started bleeding really bad and i have fake blood all over my foot cuz it doesn't rub off but most of it is real omg help :S i cant tell any1 cuz theyll think im lying becuz of the fake blood
