Are the wealthy entitled to steal all of the economy's productivity gains from the people who produced them?

If you have money its because you earned it. You worked hard, made good choices, etc. Its called incentive and that is why capitalism works. If you want more, you have to work for it. Its called communism when you take from those who have earned it and give it to those who haven't in the name of fairness. Also, a large portion of workers compensation comes from benefits these days, like healthcare and paid time off, etc. Those things aren't factored into any of these equations. The government is responsible for the ever shrinking middle cl, not the wealthy. Try getting your sources from places a little more center, not falling off the cliff left.
