Does anyone know tenant's rights for a mold problem?

After we moved into our rental house, the landlord informed us that the basement floods. Since then, I've realized that there is a definite musty odor and a muggy atmosphere. The landlord does not seem to be concerned about this problem even after we mentioned the odd smell. Also, the washing machine floods every time it is used and she is aware of that also. Three out of the five girls have been congested and coughing alot even after taking medication. My parents feel that there must be a mold problem and are concerned about our health. I want to leave ASAP. What are my rights?
