Graphic Card question?
You must buy an AGP (advanced graphics port) card to get compatibility with your motherboard. this means that you are limited in most cases to a maximum video ram capacity of 256Mb. This will run most programs & games but the newer games (late 2007 etc) may run a little bit slow. I would recommend either an ATI radeon chip or a late model nvidea chip as the basis for your new card, but I would also srriously consider updating your motherboard & cpu as you are now using what is regarded as very entry level performance. Should you not wish to update the motherboard i would also recommend that you increase your computer ram capacity. i would not suggest that you buy a pci card as it is very old technology & pci-e card do not work to there full capability in a PCI socket
