How can I make a Christmas ornament of a baby's feet?

I'm trying to find a gift for my Sister in law's son and decided to make him a Christmas ornament for his first Christmas. I want to some how make like a ceramic or what ever model of his feet or something like that and put "Baby's fist Christmas". Does anyone have any good ideas on how to go about doing this?
