I am confused, i don't know if my boyfriend really loves me or he is just lying to me...?

My boyfriend is a Senior risk manager for one of the major TV network managing the 2010 Vancouver winter olympics...my problem is whenever i call him or send him text messages he seldom reply or answer my calls and sometimes he will never reply or answer my calls at all ...and whenever i ask him about this he always says he is very busy and always tired working late because of the upcoming Olympics...there are also times that he promise he would call me later or tomorrow but will never call at all or even send a text message...and whenver he wants us to go out for dinner he never say ahead of time he would always surprise me....in contrary to the above mentioned behaviour ...whenever we go out for a date from the moment he pick me up he always make me feel so special like a queen, he would hold my hands every single moment even when we are eating he also loves feeding me and loves to take care of me,always wanna kiss me it doesnt matter wether we are in the car, while walking , inside the restaurant ( he is such a pionate kisser) alwayswanna hold me, and i can feel how happy and proud he is being with me..
