I havent recieved my free game yet and i did all that-who do i call to get my free game sorted out?

i sent in my Sims2 coupon that had both of the games i purchased with a check payable to BGMS, i sent that about a month ago and saw that the check was cashed two weeks ago-i cant seem to find customer service info to inquire about my free game...help?
