Is moving house the right thing to do?

To me in a way you sound pretty grounded you don't really want to move do you but seriously if there is a lot of bad feeling around it's not nice to live with either , how about just moving somewhere nearby say in the next town or village then your son could visit his friends and you'd feel you belonged a bit too.
