Is my mother board support the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT??

THe mother board are rock P4VM890 478 Factor How ever it have a PCI E slot. THe Current Graphic card are Nvidia GF7300GS 256 MM with Nyper Memory up to 512MB. Now I plan to upgrade my graphic card into NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT. is that possible or is my mother board will gone toasted after the istallation of my new Graphics cad? please tell me tohoroughl about what was the side effects after intallin NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
