Projectile vomited all 5ozs of bottle ?

My 3month old projectile vomited all 5ozs of her first bottle of the day. It happened rt after I burpped her. She has no fever and is completely happy. She is still spitting up a little too.. could she be getting sick? I'm going to try again here in just a second. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this.
