Were Batista and Cena both guilty of bringing the Champ/PG Era?

The only person who can be put to blame for this stupid PG era, is none other than the Devil himself Vincent Kennedy McMahon. He is the one who makes things happen in the WWE. Cena Batista and the others are mere innocent actors who wrestle(or the other way around) the culprit is the person who controls the plot i.e. VKM. They enacted what they were asked to do(not what came to their mind) and got paid for it. It is us who suffer from the pathetic quality of the product.
