What are signs of arthritis?

i am 14 and about 4'10 ive been at this hight for a few years so i no im not growing-anyways i have terriable joint pain like excruiating pain in my right knee both wrists and right ankel. in my knee theres a round bump (golf ball) sized its my bone i think its hard its only in the painfull knee ive had severe pain in all of my joints sense 3rd grade it semes like its 2000000x worse all the sudden..and all my joints crack pop and grinde. sorry for the confusing paragraph.its the best i could do to explain.i have been taking a glucosamine supplement it dosnt seem to be working.thanks
