What do you think about health care?

In Uk health care is free. It's not so great, sometimes long waiting lists etc but I bet if it suddenly disappeared people would be in uproar. We are so lucky that when we have an accident or get ill, need an emergency op or have a baby then we can go into hospital for free without any worries and really that's how it should be all over the world. It's over population that makes it difficult to run smoothly. I've moved to Honduras and now I worry about how to find money if I ever need the hospital. What a horrible feeling Americans must have worrying about insurance money for health all the time. Don't you think that if money can be found for wars and all other kind of crazy things then health can be free, shouldn't it be a basic human right?
