What kind of friendship is this?

Well people date and call it love with much less. Of course maybe it won't be true and forever love, but there's no reason it couldn't be love or at least 'love-ish'. It's platonic technically until you act on it and then it will be romantic. But obviously you 2 have strong romantic feelings towards each other. She's obviously just afraid of the idea.
