How i can make my boyfriend to have with me more then 1 minute?

I and my boyfriend live together about 4 months and we have every night...i mean he have every night bec.he finish before we start:-(...we try to play more before we have the real contact but he can t keep anyway more then 1 min.I m very unhappy and i m tired to do masturbation.I don t want to cheat him with another men and to live with the feeling of guilty.I really don t know how to help ...any advice pls?He is 27 years old.Pls...any advice could save our relation.Thank u very much!
