Is Redline Funding LLC out of Grand Rapids, MI, resale of timeshare a scam?

Redline funding LLC, are they just scammers? Has anyone else had any dealings with them? Looked them up on BBB and all looks legit. They say that the have a buyer for your timeshare and after the buyer locks in then you have to send $2287.00 for fees before the sale is complete. Please advise if anyone knows. Thanks
